He's small to medium size. 22 lbs. He has been vaccinated for everything, neutered, and is on heartworm prevention. He lives with his foster home that is full of other dogs and cats and gets along well with everyone.

I'm a cat person, but I also love dogs, and if I could pick the perfect dog, Jack would be it. He's wonderful! I am sending many good thoughts that he finds the best forever home very soon.
Me too Mishkat. this family lives out in the country, so they get more dogs and cats dumped on their road than elsewhere. Jack is the third one in a year.
